I watched it with the sound off. Production values for a commercial are very good. Fantastic editing and camera shots. Lousy concept IMO BUT it will get the attention of the mug punter. Looking at the location and design of home I would suggest a mug punter could not afford it. Too crass for the old money and a possible pitch at the nouveau riche would be the best outcome.
 
not sure how much it cost them to produce but they definetly got a lot of free publicity in SMH etc on their other video was front page news for about a week in the property section of the smh website.. not sure what that sort of advertising is worth in comparison to the production cost; probably wont sell the house but very good for branding i guess..

Just put my bid in for the property.

'Lingerie model tied to the chair' was part of the description of the house. So I expect that to be part of my purchase...

Obviously it will not be my family home.
