Has anyone else heard about CityIndexs Taiwan Index price lately? has been almost 3/4 of a percent off the market, I am thinking of opening an account with if this is the usual sort of mispriing, does anyone else have experience with this firm, I mean does this happen often? Or am I missing something. Seems like free money to me do any other CFD providerss price this poorly?

City index is a large outfit that has been around for a while so I am surprised that they price things off so badly.

Just remember that CFD providers can "price" anyway they want. That is, the real index may be 4500, but they are free to call it 4450. It doesn't mean they ever have to adjust their number back to the actual market price.

Another thing you need to check is the spread. With the Taiwan index I wouldn't be surprised if the spread is some 30-50 bps. With large spread plus interest you may not have much to gain from the mis-pricing (if indeed there are any).
