I've been learning about fundamental analysis and I was wondering what is the best way to find stocks that suit you.

Let's say that I want to find all stocks that (1) made 52 week highs today, (2) pay dividends and (3) are valued at $1m+.

Where can I get that info from? I use CommSec for investing, there's no advanced search facility I could use.

Surely, I can buy the Financial Review, look at the rolling records table and search stocks one by one ... I'd rather do it in a more efficient way

Thank you.

I'd hazard a guess and say the market cap of 99.99% of ASX listed companies is greater than 1 mill.

As for an integrated software solution to the other two criteria. Not sure... Perhaps it's easiest to create a 'universe' of stocks that pay dividends and then search that universe for 52WH using amibroker or similar?

I just so happen to use the search function on the commsec site as this screen shot shows. No 52 week high function that I can see but some wizz may know the formula. News and Research --> Company Research --> Retarded Search Tool.
