STN - Saturn Metals

I have chosen STN in the monthly comp this time around, just in case this is the month when it gets snapped up another player.
Mick

If somebody wants STN, they are going to have to pay for it.
Not a lot of stock available for sale, and depending on the day can vary wildly.
Up 10% today when my other goldies well down.
Mick

STN still going upwards.
Still looking at it as a takeover for someone else who is mining, getting great cash flow now that gold has passed AUD4800, and has some aging mines with slowing production.
Don't car who it is.

ain't going nowhere for a while ... say, the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 01 April .... might be it for you, Mick, in the tipping comp?

$0.026

In a TH pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

Geez, I hate capital Raisings.
STN gave the instos, sophs and other parasites a total of 23 million at a 30% discount on the recent high.
The rest of those holding get a grand sum of 2.0 million.
Screwed again.
Why the Fcuk do they have to give the pricks such a stag profit?
If the the deposit is as good as they say it is, why give another 23 mill in stock away?
And it totally ruined my crowing glory in the March comp!
Am I pissed off?
You bet!
Mick

STN refuses to go below the 21 cents new SP issue.
I had hoped to increase my stake lower than the issue price, but it appears not to be.
Will just have to wait to see if I get anything in the measly stock offering.

Sent mine in this morning.

Current price 28c and offering at 21.5c.

It is a measly offering, either scale backs or early closure.

Their presentation from the Adelaide RRS gather round is available too.

I had STN in the super fund as well as my personal PF.
Applied for the extra shares for both.
Not holding too many hopes for a 5k fill, but you never know.
It is a very tightly heldstock.

"ASX-listed small-cap gold explorers haven’t run yet.
Despite highly favourable gold market conditions, many juniors continue to lag. And if history is any guide, these stocks tend to follow the majors — just slightly later, and often with significantly more upside.

That’s exactly why we’ve just recommended a brand-new junior gold explorer — one we believe is massively undervalued and primed with clear near-term catalysts.

Our Brand-New Small-Cap Gold Pick: Saturn Metals (ASX: STN)
A well-funded junior gold explorer with a flagship project in WA, STN is sitting on over 2 million ounces of gold — and trading at just a fraction of its project value.

Key Highlights:

2.03Moz JORC Resource at Apollo Hill, 60km southeast of Leonora in WA

Bulk mining potential with a low strip ratio (1.5:1) and single open-pit shell

Low AISC: Targeting A$1,857/oz via simple heap leach processing

Pre-tax NPV: A$1.08B (based on A$3,500/oz gold) — with gold now well above A$5,000/oz

Estimated annual production: 122,000oz over a 10+ year mine life

Exploration upside: Deposit remains open along strike and at depth

Strong financial position: ~$30M cash on hand, PFS due end of 2025

Valuation gap: Trading at a ~93% discount to NPV and just 37x EV/Resource vs. 140x peer average

With a large, scalable project, clean balance sheet, and clear development pathway, Saturn Metals offers one of the most compelling gold exposure opportunities in the small-cap space."

As the “mature” miners rake in the mullah courtesy of the continued upward movement of the gold price, their thought turn to the future.
Mature mines need either new exploration, or the purchase of greenfields sites.
It would not surprise me to see some of these cashed up miners buying shares in the likes of STN, ODY, DEG if it was till available.
Large undeveloped deposits are getting harder to find in OZ, and some get put off by the large capex.
I am betting that this is where the next leg of profits are tobe made.
I have offloaded some WAF, ALK, and GMD in OZ at their recent highs and will start to look at these minnows for a sign.
