Hi guys/girls,
Does anyone know of any instruments where one can short say for example, an index of Australian housing prices?
I know of the listed Property Trusts, but many of these have already taken a hammering due to the problems in the equity markets.
House prices, as a nominal value, have not yet however, and IMHO, I see this as a very good shorting opportunity over the next 12 months.
I know there are futures coming out down the track, but is there anything at all available presently?
