I have posted in that thread already. Picking random stocks hasn’t worked since April or May. I wished we stopped the tipping comp back then ? I will be surprised if I manage 12 tips this year.

One way to look at it, @Faramir , is that there's $100 on the pavement, waiting to be picked up. Every month. With the comp running at 30-40 entries a month, and I'm sure @Joe Blow would prefer more, even the random approach is giving odds better than 1 in 4 if you stick at it.
