RTR - Rumble Resources

Defying inflation 🦞

Some of Creasys stocks haven't done well lately.

Diamond drilling commences at Earaheedy with a completion date in mid-December sometime. The six hole campaign is expected to collect 1000kg of cored material which will be subject to metallurgical testing early in 2024.

Speaking of holes, RTR management have dug themselves a nice proverbial hole which they are now sitting in. Hopefully they manage to dig themselves out of that hole instead of digging themselves deeper into it. It's time for tight and responsible capital management, intelligent and focused drilling campaigns, and a better job at selling the company's story and prospects to the market.

Samples sent for metallurgical testing. Company still has the problem of needing billions to develop.
Share price now 50% of last cap raising.

I wonder if these huge resources (RTR. CHN, ARU. HAS, LTR, LRS, AGY, HCH, PMT. SLM, RXM etc) will ever be developed in my lifetime (next 20 yrs).

RTR are not the only ones stumbling, nearly every thing I have designated a medium to long term trade is down the drain. I have recently added a few more shares at these lower levels
What’s going down has to go up sometime so is it a stupid risk or a smart risk?
Made many a dumb decision in the past hopefully not another one.

Sixty percent of what I hold in Rumble is actually a free carry so what I have added is not to worrisome.
It might be a few years before Rumble comes of age.
2023 has not been a great year for small caps, a few I sold before July 2023 and a good thing too as they have sunk lower.
Patience is required at this end of the market with funding, capital raises, dilution etc sometimes it doesn’t work out however when you make 500% winners are grinners.

Is Wilson in bed with RTR?

Wilsons Advisory likes the look of Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR), giving the stock an OVERWEIGHT rating with a 12-month price target of 40c (vs current price of 7c).

Rumble recently announced that further significant high-grade Zn-Pb sulphide mineralisation has been intersected along strike of the exciting new Mato Prospect discovery at Earaheedy.

The latest drilling highlights a potential 3km x 3km area of high-grade Zn-Pb mineralisation at Mato, which is highly prospective, up dip to the southwest and along strike, and likely to lead to additional resource growth at Earaheedy, according to the company.

Some of the recent assays include 12m @ 6.07% Zn+Pb, 19m @ 4.23% Zn + Pb & 13m @ 3.31% Zn+Pb.

“We remind investors that Rumble declared a maiden resource for Earaheedy in April 2023 of 94Mt @ 3.1% Zn+Pb and 4.1g/t Ag (at a 2% Zn+Pb cutoff).

“This resource places Earaheedy as one of the largest zinc sulphide discoveries globally in the past decade,” said Wilsons.

Further, the large maiden resource came only two years after the initial discovery hole (suggesting relatively easily definable and extensive mineralisation). In Wilsons’ view, this is only the starting point for how large Earaheedy could become.

“These drill results are encouraging for the potential to further add to the already large resource base at the Earaheedy Project.

“Key catalysts for the stock are likely to be the results of the DMS/Ore Sorting test work currently underway, which has the potential to materially expand the economic potential of the resource base,” Wilsons added.

The first thing I look at on quarterly reports is right at the end; quarters of funding (QOF) left.
The trade plan says no to buying if under 4 quarters of funding left.

These guys have 0.4 QOF, and their responses to future funding are of concern. It's like a work experience kid has written it.
Expect dilution, and possibly a pump before the inevitable cap' raise.

It might punch a new 52 week low today.
@Sean K was the footballer any good at kicking goals on the field?

We should be able to buy this massive base metal resource for a song soon. Although it's going to be impossible to develop it.

It's going to take a miracle for RTR to come back from here, and it looks like that's exactly what they are going for with a diamond drilling program planned at the Western Queen Gold Project.

This is the last drilling they will do before the next CR so they must be hoping that they will get some high grade gold results out of it to get the market interested in them again.

I don't think they really have any other options at the moment.

Watched the vid. that strategy session must have been a doozie.
"WTF are we going to do now?
Hey, about we drill for gold?
If that doesn't work let's do lithium."

Rumble Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) (“the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement in respect of a capital raising.

Couldn't even organise a pump before the CR.
A capital raise on the newest 52 week low hit yesterday (I think, maybe last Friday?)
Give these guys a wooden spoon award.

Can I put the house on it now? @greggles The contrarian gambler in me wants to...!

Savage dilution now, wonder how many options they will issue as well, doubt if we get invited to participate, no cheapies or options for retail that’s for sure.

Yikes, 4c CR. It was 6c a few days ago. Looks like someone knew it was coming.

I wouldn't be putting anything on RTR now. Management have botched this one and only a miracle can save it now. More than $40 million was thrown at Earaheedy and they couldn't even get the market interested in the project after drilling the hell out of it. They should have been working up other projects while they had some cash, not now when they don't have two cents to rub together. No plan, just drill. Now look where that has got them.

Here's the cap raising plans they announced today. I haven't looked too closely at the details.
