Is anyone aware of software that I use to backtest a series of trades that can handle:
A bank account
CFD / Margin trading
Allow past data and trades to be entered.
I dont need this software to scan or find trades.

I am after software that I can back test my trades combined with money management.

Where I am having a problem, we can backtest something come up with % hit rate, but how do I know I had the money to do those all those trades and if my risk management would allow it, which is making me consider backtesting is flawed.

If your saying you have a group of trades over a period which you have the results rather than a data set that you are running inputs against and wish to add M/M to it then.
If 1 Stator
If 2 Amibroker/Metastock/Tradesim combo.

In Stator I have entered and closed out of 6-8 trades during June july at differing margins as you would expect with DMA CFD in demo system one. Some short, some long.
Set up $15,000.00 in my account.

Now I want to view
1/ Total equity IE Bank Account plus profit on total longs and shorts based on current closing price or current stop loss. on any day viewed as a graph.
Then I can use this info to calculate new entry sizes or stop trading if my draw down limit has been triggered.

Amibroker/Tradesim combo I dont think will do what I want.
