RIC put out a notice of intention to buy back up to 9mill shares on market.
I have never liked buybacks, I would prefer they disbursed any lazy money back to shareholders.

I had a buy missing the market by a few cents last week, and still hanging there like an old sock as the price jumped
Was underpriced.....not sure now especially if artificially maintained high by buybacks
