Republicans are better at running the US economy

The right is quickly moving towards populist policies.

Trump is running on huge tax breaks with no real idea on how to pay for them, he runs on needing a weaker USD to make American exports attractive, then proposes policies that achieve the opposite. Trumps recent campaign policies have looked a lot like Steven Miles in QLD, big spending with no real idea of how to pay for it to win votes.

I lean to the right on almost all policies but the right is increasingly losing it's common sense nature. Populist politics is dangerous and we are seeing it on both sides of the aisle.

In conclusion we are f*cked no matter who gets elected, no government is currently looking further then the next election. No long term objective, no long term vision for the country (in both Australia and the USA).

When even John Howard is hinting he hopes the Democrats win, you know that the Republican have lost their way.

True, the problem at the core is democracy : once you have a society which is "me me me"
Any leftist can win power saying i tax the 45% top incomes, these bloody bastards and give that money to you..and get reelected reelected mandate after mandate, France ..as i know very well but even Venezuela..
Absolutely devastated coutry but with still strong street support for their local Stalin
With selfishness and ignorance surging , no other choice but trying to match these loonies
And to have any hope, the right has to bend and try to match the horror..
Qld elections are coming and the circus is in place.
in 14y ALP power, we went from no debt to $111 billions but from tomorrow, after a cheque for kids sport, a cheque for power bill,we can have a cheque for a scooter or ebike...yeap and I forgot free transport...all on debt
But many will say they are the same.. not exactly.... bad or worse , flu or plague. Both bad but not to the same level
And the Basilios of the state will vote ALP or green, whatever happens.. cause they care..lol
Harris is the plague, Trump is the flu....
Harris will bent to China and vitrify Europe, as well as complete the sabotage of the american society.
Trump could stop the above.
Economy..the debt has absolutely no hope in hell or heaven to be paid..
The US is bankrupt and i do not believe anyone can change that now.
Too late, nor will anyone have the balls to assume that and cease bond payment so..better flu than plague😌

Ask anyone that has had to file for bankruptcy because they were unlucky and got cancer how republican policy is working for them, or the victims of he school shootings etc.

I am not interested in talking on this topic to much, in general I lean conservative myself on a lot of topics and left on others, I am pretty much a centrist.

However in the USA the Dems are much closer to centre than the republicans at the moment, and lots of traditional republicans starting to feel that way.
November will tell you

it will be taxes taxes taxes ( no matter who gets in

the only question is who will be paying more out of the wage/salary ( percentage-wise )

George Soros will be the winner , he wants the US to break apart , and be easy to plunder
