Well you might have a point, but I'm still not going to waste my time watching it because Putins character is well known as are his actions.

You might as well listen to Trump, both are snake oil salesmen.

Goes into great detail how the USA (via NATO proxy) provoked Russia by expanding their bases when NATO said they wouldn't.

That is as an asinine a viewpoint as I have ever heard in my whole life.

This will probably be one of the most analyzed interviews of all time; already there are dozens of articles across media sites dissecting various bits of the interview... Mostly with one or another propaganda slant.

I'm gonna repeat myself, probably be best for people to listen to it themselves rather than relying on those with one or another agenda... Unless those people don't trust their own intelligence?

I watched it through. Skipped the history lesson at the start. Majority is pretty straight forward with a lot of what you would pretty much have expected to happen.
There isn't a lot of out and out lies. Putin pretty much gives his opinion, covers events leading up from his perspective, doesn't disclose private conversations.

What he does say about the US is pretty spot on. Let's face it, the US is worse than anyone for murdering, imprisonment on false charges and Propaganda.

Putin giving a very crafted subliminal message of religious values, perceived truths, strength against tyranny, knowledge and stability is exactly what the world is craving for. It's a master-class in wooing the masses. If he can cut funding to Ukraine it will make it easier for Russia. He deliberately appeals to conservative values.


Anyone who says the haven't watched it then proceeds to criticise what they think he might of said is slightly retarded. Watching cuts is just going to be US propaganda.

Tucker was on the Ukraine kill list for a while. Before the interview.
 
The whole thing is typical Carlson rubbish soft questions and lets Putin of the hook repeatedly, Carlson long supported Putin who is BTW a murderous dictator give him a pass if that's your thing.

Letting Putin give a revisionist history lesson is cringe worthy.

He tried to pull Putin up a few times and pissed Putin off. He also attempted to get that journalist freed and pushed for it.
How many journalists have ever pushed Putin?
Good chance you wind up dead.
Did you ever see the Zelensky interviews?

I found Carlsons interview informative. But I was aware Putin is trying to get conservatives onside.
 
Another question is if Tucker is a CIA asset. His father was in the CIA I'm sure. Tucker applied I think (was in the interview). CIA had a huge spend on media manipulation.
 
Putin murders people around him regularly and starts wars killing civilians while all the time helping himself plus his mates to plunder Russia.

Zelensky is a no body in comparison comparing the two is pointless.

Zelensky has been assassinating people in Russia and Tucker is on a kill list. How many Ukrainians and Russians dead so far. Zelensky is the useful idiot for letting Ukrainians be the US meatbag shields against the Russians to grind them out.

They won't have much choice soon.

Negotiations should have come earlier from a position of strength. Ukraine is up shts Creek now. They were never going to win.

Casualties are at about 500-700k total (estimated no one knows for sure). That's the equivalent of Canberra and Townsville being wiped off the map. Or Newcastle and Wollongong, or the Gold Coast.

It's going to change the demographics of Ukraine negatively. Not to mention the wounded. How long do they want this to drag on and what for?
They won't get that region back at this stage.
On top of that the US isn't doing this for free. Instead of me writing an essay on the ins and outs of war racketeering here's a video that covers the basics:

They need to move to negotiations, instead of more billions spent on taking lives. I'm no Russian fan. I've routinely called them dckheads. Doesn't mean I'm blind to the fact of what the US is doing with Ukraine. Or Russia for that matter.

How many dead so far and how many lives ruined? Those numbers "credible" enough or do they need to bleed some more?
