.......and who dobbed you inI quickly passed three Pious'
The first was doing 85kph in an 80 zone.
The second 85kph in a 70 zone
And unbelievably the third was doing 110kph in a 100 zone.
On my way back from the Atherton Tablelands today in the Arnage, I quickly passed three Pious'
The first was doing 85kph in an 80 zone.
The second 85kph in a 70 zone
And unbelievably the third was doing 110kph ( didn't know they went that fast, thought they were like Yamaha Jogs with speedlimiters to 60) in a 100 zone.
I dobbed them in to Crimestoppers, as if they have no brakes they are a menace at the speed limit and even more so when they flout it.
In addition they would be Green voters and not possessed of the same driving abilities of Liberal/National or even ALP voters.
I thought the Pious was off the road because the brakes don't work.
Where are the Police when they are needed, certainly not in Innisfail, or on the Bruce Highway.

GG's limo probably has revolving plates, so it wouldn't have mattered........and who dobbed you in:

Toyota has submitted a letter to the US Congress denying there is a fault with the electronics in millions of vehicles it has recalled due to problems with the accelerator, reports say.
In its letter submitted to the US House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which is investigating the Toyota recalls, the carmaker says it 'is convinced that there is no problem' with the electronics in its vehicles, the Japanese dailies Yomiuri and Nikkei reported on Sunday, without disclosing sources.
Brakes?I mean this is serious.
THE BRAKES DON'T WORK.
PS Perhaps we should have a competition for the most imaginatively constructed new thread? Of course GG would have to be banned on alternative months to give everyone else a go.
As to those meanspirited poor people out there slagging me for doing 150kph in the Arnage, this is a safe speed given the technology under the bonnet and the skill of the driver, and the rotating plates ( Thanks Kennas ).
I would be as safe at 150kph as someone in a Camry or some other awful car at 80kph.
No speed is safe in a Pious as the bloody thing can't be assured of stopping.

The 4x4's chassis connects with the Armage's engine...which then ends up in your spleen.
