Priced out of snow skiing

For us West Aussies Japan is the only way to go- airfare not much more than to get to Queenstown or similar. Went up there this year after doing last 2 seasons at Queenstown- will never bother with NZ again- snow is amazing.

No apres ski whatsoever though :(
 
Looks like not much has changed. We are flying from Perth and Darwin and heading to QT.

Cant wait to get back over there, always have a blast.

Japan has been high on the list since I checked of Canada but just cant seem to make the dates work yet. Some really cheap flights these days so hopefully soon
 
If the resorts are restricted to staying open for 1-2 months a year, no wonder they charge through the ass! Unfortunately the consumer pays or suffers.
