Price is becoming "parabolic"?

Hi,

When people say that price is becoming parabolic, what is the underlying meaning to price? Does it mean the buyers are getting weaker? and vice versa for sellers?

Price generally falls just as fast as it rises in parabolic moves.
Frantic buying is met by opportunistic selling.
