I've just emailed the RSPCA to ask if they know anything about (a) this appalling practice, and (b) the organisation who produced the video.
Then, if there is any international force that can be brought to bear on the Chinese in this and other similar instances. I'm thinking here of the sickening practice which has gone on for many years of caging bears so that they are unable to move and repeatedly milking the bile from them. I can't begin to imagine the agony of the bears.
