Offensive behaviour

They most probably will be charged with incitement.

Public Threats of Violence or Incitement to Violence

"Inciting violence" means saying or doing things that urge other people to do acts of violence.

Also, perhaps the group were testing the anti neo-Nazi laws, you know, to see how far they can push and get away with?

From the below link, one could determine that the group, individually and as a whole was a Nazi symbol.

Display of Nazi symbol now a jailable offence in NSW

Thanks to these individuals, whatever the charges, NSW will most likely strengthen/amend such laws and legislation.

Yea, you are a young Indian girl in a train carriage with 30 young blokes dressed in black with faces hidden and carrying white supremist banners.

And they are the good guys.
World has not gone that mad yet in Australia.

Welp, she probably won't be sexually harassed

Purely public transport rules.
Next time hire a bus.
As a technicality, are those PT rules actual laws as imposed by government that automatically apply to any PT service regardless of what policies the operators may have?

Are are they just the conditions of travel as imposed by the train operator and not laws as such?

Good question. Probably a mix.

Neo nazis or left wing loonies, who knows, well the media of course.

The head of Victoria Police has issued a scathing rebuke to protesters at Sunday’s Midsumma Pride March in Melbourne, describing them as an “ugly rabble” for throwing paint, calling police killers and blocking the officers’ path in the parade.

Chief Commissioner Shane Patton, who led the police contingent in the march of about 100 officers, some of whom brought children as young as three, said he had “nothing but contempt” for the group of about 50 demonstrators.

The protesters, some of whom were wearing pig masks with a police cap, confronted police at close range as they marched down Fitzroy Street in St Kilda. They walked around them, threw pink paint at them and chanted “cops kill queers”.
Video posted on Instagram captured scuffles that erupted as protesters tried to halt police from marching by standing in their way, with police pushing them back.

At a press conference after the march, Patton said: “Police were trying to push them away and unfortunately, there will be footage that shows that occurring and it looks confrontational and that shouldn’t be the case.”
An Instagram account called queerkilljoys that invited people to go to Pride March, and another account called transqueersolidarity said in a post that for police to march was “pink washing”
”This is pinkwashing: the practice of falsely projecting a pro-LGBTQIA+ image to disguise an institution’s complicity in oppression,” it said.
But Patton slammed the protesters as “an ugly rabble, a group who came there obviously with intent to confront, and if not to attack police, to threaten them”

If only we had parliaments that are based on an iota of merit rather than 100% equity. Even the calling them Premiers or Prime Ministers is a misnomer these days; many of them preoccupied with victimhood and race baiting for votes and personal narcisism.

It's a wonder the school system hasn't mandated boys wear skirts, platt the hair on their Dolls during lunch break and take courses in male guilt for a future life of being a stepford husband.

We need to take back the farm

Well I've got the farm, won't wear a skirt, won't play with dolls ( only real ones though), and definitely will not be partaking in guilt courses.
Just a true blue, red blooded Aussie male.

The more this is oppressed the more it prospers under cover.

Obviously, some over zealous bureaucrat with very little to do.

Would FEB22ND garner the same response?
Probably not besides, when I saw that article and the rego #, I immediately thought of a rellie's b/day.

Funny how it is ok to be offensive to Christians, but completely out of bounds with any other culture or religion, we are certainly a strange country.
From todays SMH:

I wonder how it would go down if a muslim politician, was called e.g Mohamed from the mosque.
It wouldn't be acceptable, as many would see it is as being disrespectful, I certainly would see it that way.
Funny how it is o.k to be offensive, as long as it's the loonies having a go at a Christian.
I guess offensive innuendo, is dependent on who you are directing it at and who is delivering it .

It's okay, there are the beatitudes, esp.

"11Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

I just find it funny how these self opinionated pratts in the media, tell everyone else how to behave, while they themselves carry on about people anyway they like.
It was like a while back when Lisa Wilkinson was complaining about the way the media was hounding her, I mean really, don't these people have any self awareness at all.
Is a lack of self appraisal, a pre requisite to be employed in the media?

who needs self awareness when you can hire a lawyer
