Obviously the Broncs have been playing like men possessed since the flogging Canberra gave them. The Kenny/Sims show last week was a surprise and the loss of Wallace a setback.

Couldn`t put a dollar on either team tonight but will quietly urge big Dave Taylor, Nick Kenny and Ash Sims on. That`s where the game will be won or lost for the Broncs for mine.
 
First couple of minutes sealed the fate for Broncos. Very, very disappointing after believing they had a good shot at the final.
 
Yes, a pretty poor showing from the broncs... I was most of the game trying to convince myself they weren't throwing the game. :eek:

im sticking with parra

i still think parra will win as ive tipped them from 8th & ive previously said a team out of the 4 cant win,but parra are on the verge of history.however melbourne in melbourne look awesome.

simple...if parra cant stop cameron smith jumping out of dummy half & feeding slater & inglis things could get ugly.

plan:give hindmarsh or ben smith a mission...bury cam smith hard & often,nothing illegal just bash him whenever he gets the ball & win a comp.

Pussygirl ,great to see you still alive and breathing.Another top year by your skirt wearing shirt grabbers must be comforting to have a pommie as your best player,feel sorry for the poor b-stard ,comes over for a holiday and ends up carrying your underachieving bunch of girls into the bottom half of the comp.Whats it been now ,4 years since you made the 8 ,geez its not like its a hard ask top 8 from 16 teams ,NO wonder you've been silent.Nothing changes with the Tiggers ,Benji still runs like a crab and throws the ball to the crowd.Farah blowing his own trumpet ,finally gets picked for SOO has 2 shockers ,gets dropped and salkes for the rest of the year but the best thing is TB next year nothing will change for you poor miserable b-stards;):p::D

Dont really follow the code, but always fascinated by the name, and Parra has the same colours as my AFL team.

Go the Eels. I don't even want it to be close.

It will be great for League if the Eels can come from 8th to win the GF. They have re-invented the game, lots of 2nd phase play, keeping the ball alive, not scared to chip and chase, always looking for that opening. It's a refreshing change from the count to 5 and kick mentality that pervades the game these days and can make it bloody dull to watch at times.

It's like watching some of the great teams from the 80's.
 
10 - nil to the Storm at half time. Eels not looking dangerous. We will see if half time can lift the eels.
 
Very sweet, though great comeback by Eels to give the Storm a scare. In the end the Storm were too good.
