Aiming to deliver consistent and growing income distributions, Newmark Property REIT offers investors access to well located, high quality Australian hardware and large format retail properties leased mainly to Wesfarmers subsidiary, Bunnings.

The portfolio comprises 8 assets, with some 99% occupancy and a 7.6 year WALE, held in two established unlisted property trusts:

• Newmark Hardware Trust
• Newmark Capital (Chadstone) Property Trust

Beholden to Capitalisation rates, and with bond yields rising, there's nowhere to hide. I'm sure the yield is handsome.

Listed at 1.90 two months ago and now $1.68
