Now, another type of lefty or righty

Another good find Prospector.

It was accurate for me. Good fun. :)

I don't care what that thing tells me. I'm not voting for the greens:eek:
I did it twice, one the pragmatic me, one the totally ideological me. The ideological me game up with the Greens.

I am glad to be a pragmatist. :)

It tells me I should vote coalition BUT I can stand Howard less and less. His blatant pork barrelling and taxpayer funded advertising would turn me off if all the other business hadn't done so before this. Sometimes theory doesn't work in practice and this is one of those times.

Liberals/Nats, then Labor not too far behind, all the minors way back. Accurate too. I don't really get into who is the leader so its not surprising.

His blatant pork barrelling .

You know, the only people I have ever heard who use the term pork barrelling have been Labor politicians. What, exactly, does it mean?

and taxpayer funded advertising .

You need to come to Adelaide, our Mike Rann (Labor Government) is the expert at doing this. Do you really think that the Liberals are the only party to do this?

Labor/Greens.... methinks not :bonk:/:aliena:

Looks like I am going to have to run, at least I'll have someone to vote for :xyxthumbs

m.

It says I should vote Democrats, something I've never done.

A big problem for me is that some key questions aren't asked and for others none of the answers match my views completely.

Realistically, it's a choice between Labor and Liberal for me with a leaning towards Labor unless the Liberals start living up to their name somewhat more than they seem to be doing at the moment.

"Conservative" would be a better name for the party lead by Mr Howard IMO since that's the view they seem to represent - actually being "liberal" would be a nice change.

Just wish we could get the election out of the way though. We've got local government elections coming up in Tas and it's getting rather confusing with all these "vote for me" signs all over the place relating to completely different elections. A lot of those not overly interested in politics are sure to get confused by it all. It's no doubt creating a nice little industry in sign manufacturing however.:2twocents

No surprise that I'd vote for the Lib/Nat coalition but I was slightly taken aback to be told I would not vote for the Democrats. I wouldn't, of course, but I used to vote for them in the Senate before they became irrelevant.

Thanks, Prospector.
