Explorer looking at turning miner. Proven track record of discovery and spin offs. Prudent manager of funds with 7 mil in cash and 3 mil held in listed equities. First foray (as far as I can tell) overseas targeting the Tennie exploration licence in Brittany, France.
Excerpt from PTS Sep quarterly report:
Tennie is one of eight applications that the Company has made for exploration licences in France, each of them over projects with good potential for short term resource generation and/or major new discoveries. The Company has deliberately targeted more advanced project areas containing previously defined mineralised zones or evidence of substantial old mine workings to help fast track the discovery of economic deposits.

It has been very slow for years but with new info on their quantum encrytption project in the US the price has taken off over the last two months and with global data protection the is potential future in the price and product.

Just added a Saudi prince as a director,nephew of King Abdullah.
Should make any official paperwork very easy to pass in a hurry!

Triton have drilling underway in Mozambique close to Syrah Resources' very high grade carbon find. They need to match Syrah at their 10.5% carbon resource.

I dont think the market is yet trusting their 10m guidance - so confirmation of this could see a rerate.

The market seems to be happy with the intention to take over Bulletproof. Even allowing for the performance shares in addition to the 41.7 mil to take over Bulletproof, the total shares on issue will still be only be a tad over 99 million before the cap raising.
