Well, tomorrow is the big one. No, I'm not talking about the start of the November Stock Tipping Competition, but that one time of a year when usually sane people throw away their hard-earned thinking they can pick the winner of the Cup.

The last Cup winner I backed was in 1979 (the mighty Hyperno), so I've given up trying to pick the winner. This year I'm having a Quaddie.

So, for the November tipping competition, and also the Cup Quaddie, I'm selecting IOZ (9, 15, 2, 6).

Don't come looking for me if the Quaddie gets up, I'll probably be in the Bahamas trying to hide from the tax authorities.

not that hard to pick a winner , in October 2011 ( my first year of investing ) i bought into TAH ( @ $2.49 ) added some TTS on the way , participated in the DRP

so have a useful holding in TAH and some bonus TLC to boot , so i know i am going to win a little bit ( later on ) without ever opening a form guide

Difficult choice this month, but I'm going with QPM again for November, in the hope that it does in November what I thought it may have had a slim chance of doing in October, but didn't. If my second choice would have won November, I'll be too busy drooling over my paper profit to care about the competition results.
