Hope the lawyer doesn't cost him a stump and a leg.

You're a bad, bad man!!!!

You know you'll go to hell for saying things like that!!!

I'll see you when you get here!! :

Yes that was wrong wasn't it.

On a positive note, if they win the lawsuit there'll be high fives all round.

:shake:

I think I'm done for now. Might go and turn the heater up and get acclimatised.

Just a bit of fun indeed.

I bet the bank settles out of court. They haven't got a leg to stand on.

All the poor bloke was trying to do was cash a cheque, and he had some ID.

It's not like he was armed and trying to rob the place.

I've been trying to ignore this puerile wit.

I can't any longer.

ROFLMAO

He tried to give them the "finger" on the way out but couldn't and the bank asked him if he wanted a "hand" to open the door.

"While the thumbprint is a requirement for those who don't have accounts, the bank should have made accommodations," admitted a Bank of America spokesman in a display of rare and disarming honesty.

On a positive note, if they win the lawsuit there'll be high fives all round. Shoes off first... hope they don't give him a watch as settlement.

just shake on it and call it quits I say. not like hes gonna put his hand up and tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

I'll go out on a limb here and say we may have exhausted most of the obvious possibilities. Thumbs up and a big hand to everyone who participated or giggled.

This thread has been hilarious... but on a more serious note, it was ridiculous how employees react these days. They quite simply cant think for them selves, if there is no scenario in the book on how to deal with an armless customer, they simply cant cope and deal with the situation...

Is he taking the bank to court, and If he loses the case will he have to foot the bill?
