A bank in Florida refused to cash a check for an armless man because he could not provide a thumbprint.

This thread has been hilarious... but on a more serious note, it was ridiculous how employees react these days. They quite simply cant think for them selves, if there is no scenario in the book on how to deal with an armless customer, they simply cant cope and deal with the situation...
