That's why we want to bring in another 10,000 tradespeople, to help build houses, because companies are going broke building them.

So now Niche Living is a nothing company.
They have had their Builder's Registration cancelled today.
Certainly, left many people dangling off a very thin piece of string with unfinished houses.

But there is more that has come to light in regards to Niche Living.
The CEO"s good wife is having a mansion built at present, amazing that.
And to top it off another director's wife is having a unit or two being built, but at present nothing is happening with that.
And in the meantime, with about 230 homes are in various stages of being uncompleted.

I find it inconceivable that SAT here in Perth has given Niche Building Co a lifeline to keep going.
Their building Licence is not going to be suspended for the time being, and they are allowed to continue.
The downside for Niche is that they cannot enter into new contracts.
Whoopie do dar.
Where does this leave the 150 odd people with unfinished homes.
How can this Building Co continue with the builds it has on its books, if it is supposedly broke.
