I have not.
And reading the report, I find a number of red flags. ASX raising a few issues that need to be resolved, that's a mighty big one for me.
Not saying it's dodgy, but definitely not for me.

I find it also extremely unusual that you can't simply download the prospectus.
It's only available by application - complete with name, email address, and daytime phone number.

I followed your link and then read subsequent ASX announcements.

Dont want to speak on behalf of Pixel, but from my point of view its not necessary to read the prospectus to realise its a speculative resource punt, therefore there is no point in FA as its not going to provide any meaningful insight - other than its not an investment grade opportunity! As I said head to the casino instead!

Depends on how you define FA... there's no FA in the sense that any analysis on the financials will not yield any meaningful results... but FA for a mining explorer might include:
- Macro outlook for the commodity in question
- Quality of the assets - location, size, grade, depth, mining methods
- Stage of development
- Funding requirement and capital availability
- Management track record etc

If the prospective investor is not knowledgeable enough to assess these.. then the casino probably offers a more direct way to lose money... with better ambience.

I said all these without having read the prospectus.
