My tip for Jan 24. But OMG - no one posted on this thread since Jan 2021 . that is almost 3 years. DNH as of today.
The stock is pretty going down BUT its pilot plant. Birla is a great name in dress materials, chemicals, tyres and you name it in India. So when they take up something means money. Also the company raised capital and the market price 2.2 cents prior to Christmas closing is lower than the issue price 2.5 cents with an option . So it will be jacked up interested parties to get the shares fully subscribe.
Very low volume to make it a volatile one however.

Almost 12 months since last CR for a trickle feed CR. But this time @0.016.
Jacked up prices to offer a heavily discounted price.
Could next Christmas in 2025 will see another CR @0.01.
