I have a business Banking Manager

I used to some years ago, but then I took all my money out to buy a house and soon lost the business banking manager.

While I've got a few business banks accounts with them now, and there's a fair amount of funds in those entities, all the cash is in ING Direct, as NAB's rates are too low. So to NAB, I just look like someone with a pile of accounts and almost no money (and no loans). They'd probably cheer if I decided to move all my accounts elsewhere.

They already hate me because I'm one of those people who always pays off the credit card within the interest-free period.

And congrats on getting them to give you the upgrade for nothing. Well done!
