NAB online trading down

I can't see why they can't at least give a warning on the Logon screen that problems are happening. That way one won't continue trying to logon thinking it my be the ADSL connection etc..

That would be called 'customer service' and despite the NAB somehow winning customer service bank of the year, last year, those 2 words do not exist in their vocabulary.
