my instinct( which is often wrong ) suggests a 'reverse take-over , since this company was to delist in August ( after selling it's core business )Kotha purchased 16M MSG shares yesterday and 32M 1TT shares the day before ............ There is a puzzle to put together here

MCS Services (ASX:MSG) - Request for trading halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing rule 17.1, MCS Services Ltd (Company) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX in respect of its ordinary shares.
In accordance with ASX Listing rule 17.1 the Company provides the following information:
• Reason for trading halt - the reason for the trading halt is to allow the Company to announce further details in relation to a price query from ASX on 16 July 2024(Announcement).
• Duration of the trading halt - the Company expects that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the Announcement and the commencement of trading on Thursday 15 August 2024.
• Termination of the trading halt – the Company anticipates that the trading halt will cease upon its releasing the Announcement.
• No reason – the Company is not aware of any reason the trading halt should not be granted.
• Further information – the Company is not aware of any other information to inform the market about the trading halt.
