MSB - Mesoblast Limited

Mea Culpa .

J. P. 's back , apparently ! Some pr*ck couldn't read the tiny print in that long list J.P. Morgen sent out on the 13 th of this month . Could have been lending it out to short sellers ?

Anyway , here's the latest . Since 5 days ago , we're holding 95 million shares or 8 % .

S.P. trading currently at $ 2.62 on fair volume , too .
Here's another biggie . State Street's announcement this morning . On Xmas eve they crept up to a 5 % holding with almost 60 million of MSB . ( J. P . 's in front with 8 % and 95 mill . )

S.P. up 9 % this morning to $ 2.78 so far and nearly 7 mill volume . It's gonna be another of those days !

Amazing jump, with a little bit of effort, it will soon reach its 2020 top.
But i do not count the dividends.

Ps: i might be cynical and trading MSB is not an issue and can be quite justified, but i invite any investor to have a serious look at even the 5 y chart, and the fact i have been part of a successful class action due to the level of ethic of the msb management.
My trigger to actually post here was realising the current SP was in the $2 while i am nearly sure when i blacklisted MSB, i was trading it in the the $3 range, 3 or 4 years ago..
But good on you if you traded recently and can cash the profits

Our Skipper's just thrown up another chart for us . See his post # 1940 .
Crashed through the $ 3 line now , up 10 % on pretty impressive 15 mill volume so far . Hit a high for the year , this morning too .

No news out but people Know stuff , you just know they do .

The good doctor and my bestie , Jane .....you're gonna get a speeding ticket , real soon !

J. P. 's at it again , taking a bit of cash off the table . Dropped 13 million MSB shares recently ( from its 8 % holding ) still got 7 % or 82 million shares .

Trading halt today . Will know by Tuesday what this is all about . S. P. closed yesterday at $ 2.81 .

Big money...

..completed a global private placement primarily to Mesoblast’s existing major US, UK, and Australian shareholders raising A$260 million (US$160 million) at A$2.50 per share.

Proceeds will be used to fund:
US commercial launch of Ryoncil® (remestemcel-L) for steroid-refractory acute graft-versus-host disease (SR aGvHD) in pediatric patients;
• Clinical development including acceleration of the second Phase 3 study in inflammatory chronic low back pain which is actively recruiting;
• Expansion of commercial manufacturing activities in preparation for product uptake and demand; and
• Working capital and general corporate purposes.

Now , that's interesting .
Could it be that the Insto's already know way before anybody else , of what's coming down the line and start shifting their big holdings around , then take up their entitlement anyway , just to sell into any further rally .
Funny business goes on in this racket . Nobody can tell me otherwise !

No doubt, see it all the time with these sort of companies, hard to tell whether they pump into a capital raise or just take the opportunity to raise on any strength. ASIC & the ASX are too useless to do anything unless its so obvious they cant ignore it.

If you lost serious money, keep proof of purchase/sales, the next class action will not be far
After a few years, you could get a few c in a dollar, buy a coffee with that and let lawyers of both sides buy a few Maseratis

Long list here , of options issued to directors at the recent AGM .
All for no charge of course .

The first director on the list picked up another 2 1/2 million options .
The good doctor ( Dr. Rose ) gave his good self another 2 1/4 million .
My Jane on the other hand , only scored 190,000 for her 1/2 million option swag .
She's been doing a bit of selling on the sly : now only holding 540 ,000 ordinary shares , down from 800,000 held last April .
Tax bill maybe ? ( Shouldn't be nosey like this , eh ? )

How dare you challenge these people working daily for the betterment of mankind
Let's be honest, in that type of company, i could do the same, there is a Darwin equivalent in finance ..let the fools part with their money.
Good on them...
