Just updating that the takeover has gone ahead, the money turned up in my bank account, so the stock no longer exists as far as I'm aware.

On July 26th, 2024, MMA Offshore Limited (MRM) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between MRM and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the issued capital in MRM by Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited.
