Montgomery Fund for Super?

Sounds like you need your own SMSF. ESuperfund is around $1,000 per year from memory. What are you going to do?

Like i said, winding down the direct stocks part of the account so will just go with the default options, save the $395 and focus my efforts outside super.

Allan Gray are AU contrarian investors, i have had some success following them, outside the box somewhat.

Colonial are owned CBA, low cost straight up and down.

I see what you mean, good idea. By the way, my wife is with REST, it is an industry Super Fund. I move funds around in her account regularly. It takes 2 days for a change of investment to come through, it's a bit slow but so is the catch up with the unit price. Re-balancing and or averaging down into something like the "Australian Shares" option is quite doable, not a bad way to go if you can't do exactly what you would like.
