Mount Hope Mining Limited is an Australian public company incorporated on 27 May 2024 for the purpose of pursuing exploration opportunities within the resources sector.
Since incorporation, the Company has entered into a share purchase agreement (Acquisition Agreement) with Land and Mineral Pty Ltd, Fisher Resources Pty Ltd and Unico Silver Limited pursuant to which the Company has agreed to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Fisher Resources.
Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, the Company has agreed to acquire a 100% legal and beneficial interest in the Mount Hope Project through the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Fisher Resources.
The Mount Hope Project is a 175km2 tenement package located in the Cobar basin in central New South Wales, comprising four (4) granted exploration licences EL6837, EL8058, EL8290 and EL8654.
The Mount Hope Project is prospective for gold and copper mineralisation.
Within the Mount Hope Project there are five (5) key prospects named the Mt Hope East, Black Hill, Main Road East, Little Mt Solitary and the Mt Solitary to Mt Solar trend.
It is anticipated that MHM will list on the ASX during December 2024.
