New to the forum but wanting everyone's opinion on what would be the best companies to look at for managed funds- I have borrowed around $70K to invest and was looking at a few different options through Colonial First State and 1 in particular the Colonial First State Wholesale Geared Share fund. Has been around since 1997 and over the last 10 years has an average return of a little over 11%.
I'm 33 and looking at the long game so not just wanting to jump in and make a quick buck, happy to take on a little risk as I am looking at this as a minimum of 7-10 years so I am putting it out there to ask your opinions on what I am thinking of doing or if anyone can suggest other options out there.
