Another trading halt today, but this time for a cap raising.
Depending on the standard company propensity to screw existing shareholders in the hope of attracting new ones, I may get a chance to buy back in if the price comes in at .09.

.... at end of last Q, they had $1mill in cash. .... then raised $560,000 (before costs) via a placement of 18,666,667 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.03 per share. The Placement has been cornerstoned by the Company’s two current substantial shareholders who have been long term supporters of the Board and management team. The funds raised will be used to support the continued exploration at Mt Clere Rare Earths Project and working capital.

And how did that work out? Now 2.3c so Messieurs Corner and Stone haven't got much to show for it. Always worry about working capital. Red flag.

And recently, a side hustle that doesn't look as if it will set the world on fire.

I feel a capital raise coming on. Diluting.

Since exploding 3 years ago, only

And after blowing its Top comes the SPP.
109 mill new shares a 0.036 to the instos and sophistos to get a paltry 3.8mill.
Another 1 mill raised by non renounceble SPP to the long suffering shareholders.
Chicken feed, but it will keep the directors and execs in lunch money for a while yet.

THICK PEGMATITES INTERSECTED
AT KING TAMBA

• RC drilling beneath high grade Li20 rock samples is complete
• Drilling program expanded due to the discovery of up to 39m thick pegmatite under the 4.3% Li20 rock chip at Wilsons prospect
• 13 of the 16 drill holes intersected pegmatites with consistent intersections of flat-lying pegmatite logged from 70m vertical depth
• Several samples fluoresced orange-pink under shortwave UV light
• Drilling to date has tested a small area within the broader 3km LCT corridor
• Potential remains for additional pegmatites at depth and along strike
• Samples are en-route to the laboratory for assay

KTA has completed drilling at its King Tamba project in WA’s Mid West region, which has been expanded after the intersection of a thick pegmatite with a width of up to 39m under the target area.

I can see where some people have made a motza on this stock... but I suspect most punters have been on the downside of the plays.
