Cuba has evacuated 900,000 people in the face of Hurricane Ike. Perhaps America could learn a little about humanity after their effort in New Orleans 2005. A little less of the so-called democracy and a little more demographic equality.
Not a bad effort for an economy which the US categorizes as been third world and the arguments go on. Cuba is also the largest contributor of voluntary medical services to countries around the world at a time where people are virtually dying at the doors of hospitals in the US because they do not have private medical insurance.
I vote King Castro for a Nobel Peace Price and Knighthood status, not that it is going to happen. Viva La Cuba!
