A quick recap of the rules for those not familiar with them:

1. Each entrant may choose one ASX listed stock. Options, warrants and deferred settlement shares are not permitted.

2. Stocks with a price of less than $0.01 are ineligible for the competition, as are stocks that are currently suspended from trading.

3. Either before or after posting your entry and before the deadline for entries you must post in the forum thread of the stock you have entered providing either a general update or a view on why you think the share price is going to increase in the short term.

4. The winner is the entrant whose selected stock performs the best in percentage terms between the close of trading on 30 June (entry price) and the close of trading on 29 July.

5. The maximum number of entrants in the competition is 100.

The entry price for all entries is the closing price on the last trading day of this month.

The competition winner will receive $100. The second placegetter will win $50 and the third placegetter $25.

You have until midnight on Thursday, 30 June to enter. However, in practice entries can be submitted until this thread is closed. No entries submitted after that can be accepted for any reason.

Please post your entries in this thread. Remember, once you have selected your stock, you CANNOT change it for any reason.

I was going to have EDE as my pick, figuring it couldn't possibly fall any further , then I see it has gone below 1 cent.
I will stick my neck out and take SVL as a punt.

- have still been perusing the website quite often though ...
- just saw the competition and thought I'd toss in one of the stocks I'm holding ....

Though I posted on EVN thread announcing my intention to put EVN as my tip for July, but my procastination to put this into tipping thread has put into forefront. Not complaining and in fact, wishing you very best so that my purchase price of $2.67 rises above $4 making you the winner :D .

totally. Such a random set of events. A four week window that can go any which way !

If you want to reciprocate, my CYM went into a TH for a placement, and emerged today to trade. DOWN 28% on the last day and no chance to claw any back.. Only reality now; do I tip it again or look further afield?

I can relate to similar situation @Dona Ferentes as took a small punt on HRZ the other week.. since announced a placement so am now down a whopping -45% :( will sp ever recover !?

P.S. Good luck Dona with your CYM going forward..
