It's Saturday morning here, just out of bed and reading the news. As you do on a Saturday morning. No beer till at least 11.00am.

It's Sunday morning here 1.00 AM
Just back from having a few drinks and an Indian curry.:evilburn:
It is very hot here in Perth at the moment, might have an icy cold beer.

I had a big one and stayed in the city till about 1430 today :D

$22.20 taxi
$2.20 train tixet
$0.80c bus tixet (I'm lazy so what!)
$31 beer (plus free booze!)

Yay deflation!

Only came home to shower and get a quick internet fix then off to an Italian joint to catch up with the old school crew ;)

Sometimes people like me always leave their computer on, so when im out with two girls grinding up and down me it will count me as being online. Hence you get 140 people "viewing" the boards, when in actual fact its more like 20.

MRC & Co, the Ivy, nice work.
We have lunch at the teppenyaki restaurant at the Ivy about once a fortnight.
The quickest but tastiest $150 I can spend on 300g of food and a little wine

Great venue though, Altitude is a good bar to go to after, a lot of banker w'nker mates hang out there, nice spots

Oh, sat night spent watching thomas the tank engin and enjoying a nice shiraz and steak

Yeh, first time I've been to the pool bar part (only just found out it existed, ha ha). Ended up so drunk I guess I'm just lucky I didn't drown in the pool!

Ah yes, I know the restaurant your talking about, it's right next to "the Den" area. Personally, I think downstairs at Mad Cow is some of the best food I have ever tasted! I'll try the Teppenyaki place.

Never even heard of Altitude (though may be good, don't really like the Banker mentality), though I like Hugos! :)

Went to the Argyle for New Years also, was a pretty funky place!

New to Sydney, only came up here for work.

Oh sorry, it's called Hemisphere, not altitude.
It's at The Establishment, top floor.
Pretty ritzy, but has a good feel, and an outdoor area which is good. A lot of mates work in finance, and we take clients there a lot, has a good feel about it though

Will try mad cow, had a look at the website, looks great.
A good steak and red is hard to go past

Also try:

Cafe Sydney
Steersons
Wildfire
Longraine

4 of my favourites, pricy but very, very worthwhile
