Had the same thought myself. Other cities, eg Melbourne, Brisbane, etc. should still be trading shouldn't they, as APEC only affects Sydney?

yeh the market's open tomorrow, ASX has a calendar of the days it is closed

Probably low vol with the Sydney traders out of the office though. Then again, maybe they just worked all night

Should be noted is that tomorrow is a non-settlement day meaning it won't count towards t+3.

It's definitely open tomorrow, and for Sydney traders, there's really nothing stopping them trading from home. Well, I'm not sure how the ASX workers can get to work, as the ASX building is in the restricted zone, but the exchange is definitely open.
