• US-based global commodities group Sempra Metals & Concentrates LLC is taking an A$800,000 placement at a premium in Paradigm Metals Ltd at 10c per share

• Sempra Metals and Paradigm are negotiating an off-take agreement for Sempra Metals to purchase the full base metal production from Paradigm’s 100%-owned
Frogmore Copper Project, New South Wales

• Funds to be used for an aggressive drill program at Frogmore

SPP was oversubscribed by 620% so therefore directors took their max allocation ($15,000) and left small holders in the lurch with 58% of current holding as a max allocation. Lots of holders will be very dissapointed with their dilution method. Greedy directors = high risk company, how could you trust them with your money??

By the look of it a lot of people trust them being 620% oversubcribed! I'm holding from the old days (so way down) however I took up what I could at the placement and recently picked up some more at 7.1c - I think the management is top class and there results at Kangiara look really promising (which is why I've dipped back in).

On July 7th, 2016, Paradigm Metals Limited (PDM) changed its name and ASX code to IODM Limited (IOD).

So what do they mine, other than copper? It isn't as though the copper price has taken off. Why the sudden rush of blood, with the share price?
