I don't think it's as complicated as this one,

The bad news:
You need some extra hardware, soldering skills and still can't authenticate with another ISP. But it's a first step.

I have a phone connected to the Fritz Box but it also has an iPhone app where I can make or take calls on the iPhone if I am in wireless range.

Thanks boggo. That's a very nice unit but probably a bit more than I need, spec-wise.

Bob lite looks like it might do the trick.
