Abit going on with INF since rcw1's last post re: San José lithium project in Spain, producing lithium in 2025 !!

This recording provides a good overview by CEO and Managing Director Ryan Parkin (30/11/23):

Joining The Market Herald’s Sonia Madigan From the Floor is Infinity Lithium’s GM Commercial Justin Samulski at RIU Resurgence Conference in Perth, 22/11/23, a resources investors event that has a focus on emerging uranium and lithium companies on the ASX.

Not sure what the plan is to fund a capex (1.1b+ eur) required for the downstream hydroxide plant ... rcw1 Spanish isn't real good :) But they are on the look out for a partner... Moreover, INF has secured a €18.8 million (A$31 million) in grant funding awarded by the Spanish Government’s Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. Nice.

Cash burn is reasonable yet relentless and there is plenty of 1/4's of funding left in the piggy bank to play in the sand pit, according to the last financials published.

INF is entered into the ASF January 2024 stock competition.

Have a very nice day, today.
Not holding, have traded.

EDIT and further

Good evening,

rcw1 has entered INF in the yearly stock competition. Why so ??? rcw1 has posted within this thread and the contents of the aforementioned post provides the reader with some favourable information on INF. To be clear, this is a penny dreadful, anything can happen ... but thinking with the Spanish Government support with an appetite to see potential multi-facetted benefits, (they have provided grant funding), at this stage, the project might just be truly realised. 2024 make or break year for INF.

Not holding ... yet :)
EDIT fix a spelling error :)
Have a very nice night.

Kind regards

What happened today @rcw1 to make the price of INF drop 18.37% ?

Good afternoon
Company announcement today (29/01/24) - see attached if you are keen as .... :)

  • Ongoing site work has been undertaken to provide the data required for integration into the Project’s Environmental Impact Assessment;
  • Environmental & hydrogeological sampling work underway;
  • Initial landowner works relating to drilling and restoration of bores completed;
  • Data gathered to be used as part of Exploitation Concession Application and completed in compliance with granted Exploration Permit; and
  • Formal submission of the Exploitation Concession Application notification ready & awaiting other internal administrative processes to be finalised by the Regional Government
So what does this all mean ...

Market doesn't appear to like it, SP down 3.37%; guessing the wait for things to happen has cast a shiver down market way. But the thing is, looks like INF has things in order only awaiting finalisation of administrative processes by the government to do what it needs to do. Exactly what, rcw1 is not sure... exactly how long this will take ... not sure would only be assuming... better not do that...

rcw1 interest is in the volume total at bell today.
Not holding

Have a very nice week.

Kind regards
rcw1

Good morning
INF not going too flash at the minute. 52 week low, Thursday week ago, at $0.062. At times, volume most disappointing. Last announcement on 14 March 2024, pretty much lip service ha ha ha ha ha:

HIGHLIGHTS
‱ Extremadura New Energies secures additional long-term lease over land at San JosĂ© which extends areas secured for the proposed lithium processing facility;
‱ The acquisition of land rights comes following the recent submission of the Exploitation Concession Application;
‱ The industrial zoned land is adjacent to previously secured land and located within the granted Exploration Permit;
‱ The acquisition is structured in a multi-year option and minimum 35-year lease; and
‱ Company continues to advance the Project on multiple fronts in collaboration with major stakeholders

Short end of the stick awaiting advice to enable the rights to mine lithium at San José and the accompanying on-site lithium chemical conversion.
