IMU - Imugene Limited

GG's dartboard vectored in on IMU for the monthly comp for me. Can't go past RIH dartboard karma. Looks like it does something with cancer. Biotechs are notoriously fickle and can explode or implode at the throw of a dart. Seems like a sure thing these guys will find a cure for cancer in March.

GG's dartboard toss for my monthly comp tip on Smallcaps. Sounds like a good story, but still a roll the dice proposition really.

I bet you are now glad you picked IMU.

Loook at how far ahead of those two perennial bottom dwelling fish @frugal.rock and @debtfree you are with my dart pick.

Science always wins over TA and FA.

What's the dart board say for the next week @Garpal Gumnut ? Looks like it's going to skyrocket to me. :cautious:

Hope you are right, took a small parcel this morning.
Mick

This is one of those stocks you just hope actually succeeds on a moral basis. They've got a lot in the pipeline. Hopefully one of them gets up.

I wonder if it's something CSL would take a look at?

Looks like a potential bottom around 12c. Maybe...

IMU hit (another) 52 week low yesterday, and today announces it has given the first doses of its lung cancer treatment trial.

I've got no idea what this means, but the market thought it was OK. Up a few %. Still way down in the toilet though.

Chairman’s Letter to Shareholders

Dear Fellow Shareholders,

It has been six months since I last wrote to you with a detailed update about our clinical-stage immuno-oncology company.

Since January this year, we have seen no improvement in the broader biotechnology sector in both global and Australian markets. We have seen and felt this weigh on Imugene’s share price, irrespective of the excellent work and strong news flow the company has provided.

Many factors drive the share price, particularly in a company of a size included in Australian Indexes such as Imugene. It is still essential that the company keeps its eye on the main prize to bring cancer immunotherapies to fruition. Imugene’s leadership team strives for excellence in their work to achieve this goal. The company’s board continue to look for strategic opportunities to enable the company to flourish, even considering the current suppressed period.

The Imugene team has moved forward on many of the company’s projects, has managed the solid cash position and strategically positioned itself to re-rate in value when markets return to value investments such as ours
.

.... followed by a list of highlights...

The value of my “small parcel” has reduced somewhat.

GG's dart board isn't that good a judge so far. I think these type of biotechs are a bit of a risk reward type play. If they get one thing to work it could go to the moon. Otherwise, it'll be a long slow burn of cash.

Up 10% today on news it has been granted a patent in the US.
its not for a wonder drug, but a clinical methodology , and the word potentially appears a number of times.
Question is, will that patent transfer into plenty of cash?
probably not, but ya never now.
At least its back to 10 cents.

IMU just keeps hitting new 52 week lows.
I am not a chartist, but even I can see the chart is not pretty.

I did not take up the capital raising offer.
Have pretty much written this one off.

IMU still searching for the sea bed :(
DNH- used to hold and exited with a substantial gain in the past. Now a watcher and believer it has a promising breakthrough potential in medical side and share front too.
The CR did not go well however and extension is not going to help either.
Has any one any clue technically or charting wise about IMU's downhill and any silver line ?
@Sean K @Garpal Gumnut @mullokintyre @peter2 @divs4ever @DrBourse AND any one else please ?

After posting had a thought and gambled a small parcel @0.0505 just now. So I am technically a holder/gambler of the folk of sheep :)
===added up to see that already it is trading at below 0.049 and my gamble failed.

Hi Miner,
Firstly I don't know anything abt IMU, research shows that their TA has one Foot in the Grave, and their Financials look even worse than that..
Not my style of stock.
Apart from that, no comment from me.
Cheers M8.

My buy in price is a tad over 13, so I am so far under water I have fear of getting generalised barotrauma.
Looking at and trying to analyse a chart, even if I knew what I was doing, probably won't help.
