IB market data

Hi All

Would anyone know why Interactive Brokers doesn’t show market data outside of hours?
I have checked their “chart time options” setting and the box to tick is shadowed and won’t allow it to be ticked.
I do have an active market data level 2 subscription.

It does show US market data for me BEFORE market hours which is the only time outside market hours I look. However, I would ask this in the Brokers forum which has a thread on IB as you are likely to get a better answer there.

Hi.

I take it you're looking at ASX data ? Just confirming mine shows data after hours so I can still look at charts and prices when market is shut.

Yes that is correct cutz. I'll look further into it and see if there is something else going on there.
