The long awaited technology road map, released by Energy Minister Angus Taylor, ranks energy efficiency, and electric and hydrogen vehicle recharging infrastructure as second level emerging technologies while nuclear power is relegated to a third order watching brief priority. Mature technologies including coal, gas, wind and solar come fourth and last on the priority list.
