Hello Community

I found a quite comprehensive and interesting List of Managed Funds in Australia

http://www.asx.com.au/products/managed_funds/tools/research.htm#PropertyTrusts

if somebody could give me Advices, which of them are a safe Investment and pay quaterly high Dividends, would be great

In case, I would look for a reasonable Advicer, who could help me with this - whom should I contact?

Thanks in Advance for any Help

Cheers

Personally I wouldnt use a financial adviser, you could do the research yourself if you have time and avoid all those fees.

this website might get you started: http://www.morningstar.com.au/

Unfortunately, it is not permitted for any ASF member to make recommendations about which is the right managed fund for you or whether or not any particular fund is a "safe investment". Only licensed financial advisers can provide you with this kind of specific advice.

ASIC's consumer website has information about choosing a financial adviser and getting good financial advice: http://www.fido.gov.au/fido/fido.nsf/byheadline/getting good advice

Good luck! :)
