Go into the appropriate section of ASF(in this case stocks Q-Z), found here -

on the left of the page above the list of threads will be a button labeled "new topic". Click on that and it will take you to the page to make the first post.

Just remember to put something in the title box before you post

Go into the relevant forum and click on the 'New Topic' button you will see at the top and bottom of the list of threads.
