HAV - Havilah Resources

HAV is positing that the Curnamona province (SA), where it's looking for copper, might be Australia's next great copper region.

Lots of pretty pictures in their Copper to the World Conference 2024 presentation.

Genuine question here.... Wouldn't they have already known what was in the ground around that area? Why just now?

I think they've known for a while as they've got access to historical drilling results and done their own. It takes time to create this 3D image from all the data. Presentations like these are designed to attract new investors. New investors need to see a pleasing outlook with a convincing story.

Thanks for the reply mate... Purple is one of my favourite colours too! 😎 It certainly does look pretty... I might put this one on a watch-and-see list 👍

HAV have been spruiking their tenements especially this one, for not much longer than I've been a stockholder. BHP had an interest but didn't go on with it.

Dunno but the CapEx to this off the ground probably is a deal breaker. Higher for longer commodity prices or major shortage in supply "could" help.

@rocket1172 as mentioned I hold but it's all free carried from previous in and out trades. Anyway, have a squiz at the Kalkaroo spiel on their website as per: -

Kalkaroo is one of the larger undeveloped open pit copper deposits in Australia on a 0.89% CuEq Ore Reserve basis.
Contains 1.1 million tonnes of copper, 3.1 million ounces of gold and 23,200 tonnes of cobalt in Measured, Indicated and Inferred JORC Mineral Resources.
BHP (previously OZ Minerals) has recently completed a comprehensive Study Program on the Kalkaroo deposit that found no fatal flaws. The resulting financial model confirms a robust long-life project with favourable development prospects.

Funny considering your auto-generated profile picture is purplish, coincidence or fate?
