I bought easter eggs from Haighs (the BESTEST chocolate ever) earlier this week and also treated myself to some choccy frogs - am in chocolate overload and it isnt even Easter yet!

My hopes - that everyone has a SAFE and Happy Easter! Oh yes, and some diamonds nestling around a major egg isnt too much to ask, is it!

The diamonds might just be pushing your luck, Prospector? Start behaving nicely to the Easter Bunny and there might just be a chance.

I can't get too excited about anything made with Australian chocolate (no, don't howl me down - Oz does much brilliantly but chocolate is not in that category). Many years ago when I was a kid in NZ we used to get the most wonderful marshmallow filled chocolate eggs by a company called Queen Anne (don't imagine there is any member ex NZ old enough to recall these).
It was the most rich and smooth dark chocolate in a thick shell surrounding the softest, most delicately vanilla flavoured marshmallow you can ever imagine). My mouth waters just thinking about these.

Best chocolate these days imo just has to be Belgian. That is real chocolate.
Especially with the liqueur truffle centres.

If you are travelling over the holidays, safe passage and take lots of care.

Have a happy Easter everyone.

On a serious note though, suffice to say that one thing I've done in the past is be on-call fixing electrical equipment located beside roads. Those doing that would like at least some sleep and likewise the ambulance drivers, hospital staff etc DON'T want to see you either. So please drive safely.
Absolutely boring I know but no doubt there will be quite a few families torn apart on the roads again this year - not much point learning how to make a fortune via this site if you end up pulped on the road. And the shops have been prepared for Easter since about 1 minute after Christmas so you'd better be around to eat all the eggs etc they've been selling.
