Surprised that nothing is being said by the many investors that have enjoyed huge returns.

Given what’s transpired McIvor Banned for life and Tucker & Cowan Solicitors currently being sued for in excess of $20M by the liquidators of Equititrust we were proven to be correct in exposing the stiffing of innocent elderly investors...

Ken Grace has gone, having topped himself in a hotel on Foveaux St. Surry Hills. He avoided a trip to the Big House having finally been convicted on multiple fraud charges. His victims were not even allowed watch his walk of shame.

I am unsure how much capital his investors will be able to rescue from his funds. Many are in for sums of $50,000 up to $2m and include as usual Sydney and Melbourne sporting and media personalities as well as many Kingscliff locals.

The AFR has many articles since your last post on this fraud. His investors are quite understandably shocked with some in denial.

The SEC and ASIC chased him, some investors feel they were late to the party and should have been warned.

A sorry tale which repeats in Australia usually with frauds such as Grace.

"Shady people in sunny climes" should not be trusted. Best keep your money close.

Mr Grace was due to appear at Sydney’s Downing Centre last Thursday for sentencing after pleading guilty to five counts of misconduct relating to his Goldsky investment scheme in which $24 million of funds went unaccounted for. Each count carried a maximum jail term of 10 years.
